What's New
A single timesheet now covers the whole payment period
For self-employed PA's managing their invoices weekly, the process will largely be the same. For those who are employed and paid 4-weekly or monthly, you will continue to record your activities each week but only submit the timesheet for approval once at the end of the period. Of course, all timesheets will still need to be submitted and approved by the deadline shown so we can pay you on time.
New! Activities
You will still record all activities as you do now, adding the hours you worked to the relevant days, on a weekly basis. We now actually call these 'activities' in Virtual Wallet, so it is clearer that you record your activities on a weekly basis and submit a single timesheet once at the end of the period.
All services for the payment period on a single timesheet
No more filling in multiple timesheets for the same period because the service or rate is different.
Relevant information at the point you need to view it
As well as your payment period, contracted and remaining hours, the deadlines are now clearly visible on the timesheet. You must submit for approval by the date and time indicated otherwise you will miss the pay run and may not be paid until next payroll processing date!
Faster with less clicks
We will prepopulate information where possible, so if you fill in your activities on time each week (or daily in some cases) we can automatically pre-select the individual you support and the date of completion, leaving you to simply add the service and hours worked. There is also a new copy feature for when your hours are the same as the previous week. Simple cases can take less than a minute of your valuable time!
